Welcome to Flex Ride Rentals. By booking or using our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Driver Eligibility  

Drivers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Flex Ride Rentals reserves the right to verify driver eligibility and refuse service if requirements are not met.

 

2. Rental Period  

Vehicles are offered primarily for weekly rentals. Rental periods begin on the agreed pickup date and must be renewed weekly unless otherwise arranged.

 

3. Payment Terms  

The weekly rental rate is $425 per week.

 

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve a vehicle. This booking fee is applied toward the total weekly rental cost, meaning the remaining balance due at pickup will be $400.

 

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

4. Vehicle Use  

Vehicles rented through Flex Ride Rentals are intended for normal driving and gig-work services such as delivery or rideshare platforms. Renters agree to:

- Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly  

- Follow all traffic laws  

- Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle  

- Not use the vehicle for illegal activities

 

5. Mileage  

Mileage limits, if applicable, will be discussed at the time of rental. Excessive mileage may result in additional charges.

 

6. Vehicle Condition  

Renters agree to return the vehicle in the same general condition as it was received. Normal wear is expected, but renters are responsible for any damage, excessive dirt, or missing equipment during the rental period.

 

7. Accidents or Damage  

Any accident, damage, or mechanical issue must be reported to Flex Ride Rentals immediately. Renters may be responsible for damages depending on the situation.

 

8. Cancellation Policy  

Booking fees may be non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled without reasonable notice.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service  

Flex Ride Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel rentals if a renter violates these terms or uses the vehicle irresponsibly.

 

10. Changes to Terms  

Flex Ride Rentals may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
