Refund Policy

At Flex Ride Rentals, we aim to provide reliable vehicles and clear policies for our customers.

Booking Fee

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve a vehicle. This fee is applied toward the $425 weekly rental total.

Booking fees may be non-refundable if a reservation is canceled without reasonable notice or if the renter fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time.

Rental Payments

Weekly rental payments are generally non-refundable once the rental period has started.

Vehicle Issues

If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues before pickup, Flex Ride Rentals will work with you to:

- Reschedule your reservation, or

- Provide a refund of the booking fee if a replacement vehicle is not available.

Early Returns

If a vehicle is returned before the end of the rental period, refunds are typically not provided for unused rental time.
